bad service

totally DISGUSTED with Telkom and the service that they render on land lines . Logg numerous references and made numerous calls relating to our land line to no avail . due to so many repairs to the land line , they decided to send us a wireless phone . Just dropped off the phone by a courier service and closed the call . did not active the line , we called to have the line activated and to date the line is not working . I logged more calls to have a technician come to have a look and this line working to no joy . we are absolutely fed up with Telkom . even sent an e mail to the customer centre no response, this is the reason I am now on hello peter , to see if we can get this resolved . from the time this land line was not working for over a month now they have still being debiting our accounts for payment for service , isn't this ridiculous, your company is enriching itself with no service provided .
