bad service

I am having a big problem right now. In addition I have requested my debit order details be changed, yet it goes of my old account every month, me having to pay service charges for using the wrong account. Nobody helps when you call, the online serlf service site is not user friendly. then I have to make EFT payments and then I get messages to say I havent paid my account. I need to cancel this contract immediately.
