BAD SERVICE
Good day Telkom..
Your service sucks honestly you guys are very quick to want to offer a person an account without sending them from pillar to post. I’m trying to cancel my one contract with you guys because it has ended but I didn’t get any assistance whatsoever....yesterday I went to your branch at Adderly street to request them to cancel my all they did is to give me a paper to follow the steps online.when I opened my profile my account that I want to cancel is not linked...and I’m unable to cancel the contract...if you ever deduct the money from my account at the end of October 2018 without consent from me...then you will see me...I know my rights as a consumer.FIX THIS NONSENSE PLEASE!!!!
