Bad Service

I went to Telkom yesterday to go apply for one of their laptop deals. I asked one of the guys working there about a specific laptop deal they have on special and told me they have it on stock but they are offline. I told him that I would come the next day which is today. When I get there and get told that they only have a HP laptop deal. So I wasted my time and petrol driving all the way to Telkom East Rand Mall yesterday and today and then he doesn’t even apologize for all the inconvenience and all he does is deny telling me that the Lenovo laptop deal that I showed him on the ad is not there.
