Bad service
My wife cancelled a cellphone contract at Telkom and now it seems Telkom does not want to cancel it. we even have a reference number. ********** 1. We requested them on the 01/07/2018 and Telkom sent me an email only on the 14/07/2018 with the reference number. Now suddenly they say it was only cancelled on the end of July 2018. What the f... is wrong with Telkom.
I also asked them I want to transfer the date to another contract number. I was told I can not I must get a prepaid Telkom sim card. Then it can be done. Now suddenly it can not be done.??????????????
