Bad service

Telkom is yet to cancel my mobile contract months later. I have been sending then cancelation request since last year October to date its still active. I went in to the branch also at Mutual Park where the friendly staff escalated my request still nothing and no one came back to me. I refuse to pay them as I asked them to cancel contract. I am now they threaten me with legal action for Telkom not doing their job. I need their ombudsman detail or something but find no helping information.
