Bad service

Since last Wednesday I've been sent from your customer service to the store to sell direct back to your customer service desk with no help. All I want is proof of purchase or contract that I can present to my insurance to complete a claim at this rate I would imagine that you are not even sure if I have a contract with u or not your customer service is as non existent as a China Town's return policy as the only way I can get a call back from you people is to skip a payment
