Bad service

The ****tiest service you going to find. They are absolutely useless, I've been waiting the whole week for someone to approve my order. Been phoning their call centres the entire week and no one has helped me. And this isn't even the first time, last year April I app**** for a promotion they had on WiFi, eventually got tired of waiting for someone to connect a line for me, so I cancelled it. Still waiting for my deposit, they are good for sending statements and taking money from people but not providing a service to their customers.
