Bad service
The Telkom office in Klerksdorp no longer exist. I have a complaint for 5 months now regarding my Telkom account. I have to drive to Potchefstroom now to sort it out because it is a lost case to try to reach them by phone. I only need to speak to somebody over the phone. Is it so difficult?
