bad service
I went to the store in Southgate before i went there i googled the closing time and it said 18:00. When i arrived they were closed and 2 customers were inside , i called one of the associate and asked what time do they close he said 17:45 as it was 17:47. I told him that the web says 18:00. The answer was no even on sunday it say 15:00 ,but they close at 14:45 and besides theyre offline so they cant help me. I shared the experinace of retail as i know that staff like to close 15mins before time he even agreed with me and said thats the other reason why there closed. I asked for his name as he said hes Makhosonke and his manager is Billy.
What a bad experience if the store was offline why do they have customers inside the store. I was from work and i was running at the same time pregnant. Imagine going to close neighbourhood store and u get this kind of treatment.
