Bad service
I have experienced nothing but poor service with Telkom. From the day I bought my router in Feb till today! Poor service from the branches and from the call centre. I have been waiting since February for them to sort out my connection problems. Feedback is inconsistent and I never hear back. I just wish they could take this Router back so I can be done with them for good!!!
