Bad service

Prudence Maphumulo is a rude and discrespectful consultant that ends a chat with a client withjout any reason, no response to a query and no comman courtesy, i have spent 2 hours on the phone with telkom just wanting to confirm if my ADSL was cancelled as u imgrated to fibre through telkom and nobody can advsie always told to call sales to confirm but you never get through. So tire dof this bad service.
