BAD SERVICE
Business telephone line out of order for 10 days. Telkom technical department visited my business on the 7th of September 2015 and promised to fixed the problem immediately. After many calls to the Telkom bussiness line complaints, I could get no reaction. This is a medical surgery and the patients are depending on my service for any serious problems. This whole situation is completely unacceptable.
