Bad service

One of the most *********** and annoying service provider. My account has been blocked for the past 4 days while account is paid agents even admit the fault is with their system. The issue has been escalated 10th times already issue still not resolved instead I am being sent from pillar to post. I regret the day I made business with Telkomsa
