BAD SERVICE!!!

Telkom's service is pathetic! I've been trying to upgrade my LTE Internet contract for a week now but still no luck. When I call they tell me I should do it online, I did it online but no one calls me back. Then I sent a mail and someone called me once but as soon as I answered they hung up. How can this be so difficult???!!!
