Bad Service
Terrible service from all the cusultants, bad attitude... worst customer service experience at theSandton City Telkom, the guy was very rude kept laughing with his friends while supposedly assisting me in the process..the guys name was Musa. I even have a video of the whole incident. I can’t understand how a big company like Telkom can have such incompetence people delivering the worst customer experience with no care whatsoever for customers.
