Bad service

So ive been out of work for 2 months and was unable to pay. My line was suspended which i understand. No calls for payments, no letters. Ive recently started to work and got my first pay and nd telkom just debited my childrens food and rent money with no notice. Ive tried to fone and been on the line for more than a half an hour on hold. So tomorrow i will be going to my bank and have my money returned as I didnt agreed for this amount to be taken from my bank account. This isnt the first time I had problems with them, last year I requested not to renew my contract and have it cancelled, the advisors and shop assistants chaise me back and forth as clearly they didnt know how to have this cancelled and I ended up paying 5 months extra. With no apology. So will I recommend any one to telkom? Hell no, i cant wait for this contract to end
