BAD SERVICE
GOOD DAY
I HAVE LOADED A FREE ME BOOST BUNDLE TO THE VALUE OF 3GIG THIS MORNING. I DID NOT RECEIVE MY FREE ME BUNDLE FOR WHATSAPP NOR MY DATA BUNDLE, FREE SMS. I HAVE PHONED SEVERAL TIMES AND TELKOM KEEP ON MAKING LAME EXCUSES. I ONLY HAVE MY PHONE TO COMMUNICATE WITH FAMILY ECT OUTSIDE DURING THE DAY. THERE HAS NEVER BEEN A PROBLEM WITH TELKOM SINCE I PORTED. WHY NOW?????? THEY HAVE A DONT CARE ATTITUDE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS REQUEST. PLEASE RESLOVE THIS ISSUE WITH TELKOM AND I WANT MY DATA. I PAID FOR IT SO I EXPECT THEM TO LOAD IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
