Bad Service
My Telkom line and ADSL has been dead for six months now due to cable theft and we have been promised same package replacement in the form of fixed line lookalike and to date nothing has happened.I have visited different Customer Service walk in centers around Pretoria on several occasions and I was told that the area I'm staying in does not have LTE nor 3G coverage therefore they cannot assist me.Recently I visited Menlyn Customer Service and was told a different story that LTE or 3G will be coming soon to my area.So my question is what timing is coming soon? We need precise date
