Bad Service

I made it to the front of the queue after waiting over 40 minutes, to be told that the machines weren’t working, or she wasn’t sure if they were working or not, the lady told me to go over to the other man working behind the counter, then a gentleman who was in the queue ahead of me became irate and questioned the man behind the counter why everyone in front of him was being helped ahead of him. The man behind the counter took the piece of paper with my number on it to the other ladies counter but didn’t say anything to me. After standing there not knowing what was going on, the lady finished talking to another customer she called me back and helped me get data. This is not good enough, you have a shop full of angry customers and rightly so.
