Bad service

Telkom are *****’s they charging me for unknown subscriptions that was cancelled previous month and paid for even though they are unknown, the new invoice have the same subscriptions doubled the amount when I called the call centre they can see that it was cancelled but they charging me more I guess for cancelling in the first place, and received kark service one consultant even dropped the phone on me because I was requesting a reference or case number on my case coz I wanted the funds reversed. Telkom is just a ****mer they have trained their employees to **** aswell coz they refused to even escalate the issue since they couldn’t assist.
