bad Service

HI Have app**** for a contract online in Feb , i week later i then cancelled the contract how ever my account was still debited i called and i was explained it would take 21 day for my account to be refunded after the 21 day , a proof of payment was requested i then mailed it too Thembekile . When i call again i was asked again for proof of payment from a Brendon Joauwana . I was told that my case was being escalated every time i called the service is terrible im so angry.
