Bad Service

Morning

I have app**** for wifi devices on the 14th March 2018 and my application was approved on the 19th March it was approved, I then get a call form the person who was helping that the devices are available at the store on the 23rd March and I shuold come and collect.

I told the person that I will only be able to come on the 24th March which we agreed that I will get the devices at the store with the manager, when I arrive at the shop the manager and the person where off and the other employee told me that the devices were all sold and they are finished.

I do not understand why they were while I app**** for them a week ago and have been told to come and collect but when I get to the store I went back emoty handed with no guarantee of when will I get them.

I then called the store to find out how far is the progress on my order but my calls are not answered and my emails when rep**** they say ' we will call you as soon as we recieve the devices'. Even today I am still waiting for them and dont even know when will I recieve them.

For me this is a bad service.
