Bad Service

I would like to know if Telkom has Fiber available in the Heidelberg (Gauteng) area as yet. If not, then I would like to cancel my current contract for a better option that will suit my needs. Because I’ve taken out a new contract with Telkom late last year and I must say that I’ve experience numerous problems for the past few months. I didn't have an internet connection and active phone line from the 27/02/2018 up until today. Fair and square you do past a credit for the time we’ve been offline but I feel it’s really inconveniencing me a lot and its offline when I really need the internet. I don’t even make calls that much, but when I need to make a call my phone is forever off. The past week we had to do several projects for my son, but I didn’t have any internet line. I had to buy data just to do the projects. What is the use I have the facility if I can’t use it. If this is how it’s going to be for the 24 months contract I’ve signed up for, than I regret taking out the contract with you guys. Please look an option to assist me in this matter a.s.a.p. I await your reply.
