Bad service

I went to the store to order a phone. The sales man said that the application had to go through for a credit check. He then said I mus follow up at the Centurion mall branch as it is a bigger store. I was told at centurion mall that the sales people at mall at reds ask the customers to follow up at Centurion mall because they are lazy and don't want to deal with follow up customer care and I strongly believe this. Won't be visiting mall at reds again.
