<p>I am tired of constantly logging a query and receiving reference numbers. My queries are unattended to, my latest r My contract period has expired in Nov 2017 and I still get billed for my LTE devices. I need this issue to be sorted and require a credit on my bill for the full payments I made since Nov 2017.</p>

I am still charged for the full amount for the devices with no sign of any credit to me for paying the full amount of the devices since my contract expired in Nov 2017 up until now.
I am now threatened to pay outstanding fees.
