Bad service

My Name is Rober Mangwane, my telkom number is ********** . I logged a query with telkom my case number is ********** 8. I been calling telkom daily to try get help but im tied of doing that as im not getting the help im seeking.

on 16 February I got a sms telling me my case is been resolve, I called telkom and they said they cannot tell me why its resolved. the was no one from telkom who contacted me but for some reason my case is resolved and I will like to know on what grounf=ds is it resolve and what was the resolution to the case.

As in the last few day I been getting massages from my bank everyday saying telkom is debiting my account and I would also like to know why?
