bad service

i've been waiting 30 minutes talking to an agent. named khayalihle he doesnt tell me hold he disappears, then comes back and tells me he is waiting for a manager and he cuts the damn call on me.

its been 1 flippen month and i havnt got my new line installed pathetic service of the most highest order.
