Bad service

66CTK201217 - Telkom fault reported last year December and was promised to be fixed by the 17th January 2017.Call them again today nothing done from the December last year and was told to pay for service that was not rendered.I have asked numerous times what is the problem with my internet,and was told they must work on the exchanger. Still waiting from December but what is painful is that M-WEB customers don't have to wait more than 4 days for their fault to be attended to because M-WEB have service agreement with them. Telkom customers like me have to wait for more than a month for his problem to be attended to and expect them to pay for service not delivered. I have experience bad service ever from Telkom is like they don't care and ***********.
