Bad service
Yet another bad service review from ourselves for Telkom mobile.
My husband app**** for a cellphone contract on 26 November 2017..it was Black Friday deals. After the online upgrade, an SMS was sent to confirm that an agent will contact him shortly to discuss the upgrade. No one phoned.
On the 4th of December a sms was sent from telkom confirming that they are aware of the upgrade and that they will contact him in the next few days.. No one phoned!
On 28 December, he received another SMS from telkom confirming that they are aware that no one phoned him yet and that they will endeavor to contact him within the 'next few days'. It is the 11th of January today.. No one phoned yet!
How pathetic! Why does it take almost 2 months for Telkom to phone a client with an upgrade.. And they promise to phone 'within the next few days'? What does 'the next few days' mean to telkom.. Almost 2 months?!!!!
Telkom.. Please wake up and train your staff on customer excellence and good service delivery because you are really lacking in this department.
Perhaps after thi review, someone might actually phone within the next few days.
