Bad service

<p>Telkom Mobile has failed to attend to my query since 22nd December...I am being billed for a ********** contract and they dont seem bothered to assist of escalate the matter.The perpetrator who committed ***** on my name has been arrested and charged bt telim still claim they are investigating if I shud be billed or not...Their Poor credit checks are the reason customers like us suffer like this... To hell with Telkom..I am canceling all related services with them.... their *********** call.centre agents dont seem to ascertain the severity of of.this.matter.. they just turn a blind eye.. I.have countless cases logged..s stilk.no assistance</p>
