Bad Service

This is one of those that one sits and thinks.. .where to start. The Telkom shop in Vaalmall is one of those places that one wish you never ever in your life have to go to. It most likely is one of the worst shops ever. The average time you WILL spend there is about 2 hours. Pack a lunch basket. The staff is unhelpful and even worst is that they don't have stock. Now as a customer of Telkom it logically makes no sense to me that Telkom would cram a few million customers all into one shop. It does not make sense. So would this be Head office related or Shop related. Living in Deneysville, having to go 40 km to get a shop and having to stand there for 2 hours and then leave without having your problem resolved is just totally wrong. So now the question is... Is head office going to do something about supplying there customers with a proper service or is the shop going to jack-up their service. Time will tell... As an old customer of Telkom for a few years, I doubt it. Sadly, it seems Telkom is going down the tubes to.
