Bad service

Hi, on 24th November 2017 we signed up a contract for R699 Huawei Mate 10 Pro with Consultant Tracy-Lee at waterfront branch. Unfortunately we couldn't get the phone as the watch that's included in the deal wasn't loaded on their system. So we was advised to return the next day for collection. On 25th Nov we went to collect the phone and the HDmi cable which was advertised for the first 150 customers in the deal was not in stock. Once again Tracy-lee advised us to come back another time to collect the Hdmi cable. About 2 weeks ago i contacted Tracy-lee she was on leave for 3 days and would get back to me once shes back from leave,. Up untill today she do not reply to any of my messages or give feedback regarding my cable. I visited the canal walk branch to get their headoffice details and was inform that no such exist for telkom, but to email the huawei consultant for the hdmi cable. Email to Huawei consultant Shani Smit was sent 13 December 2017 with no reply. Please advise what is the next procedure to follow as we awaiting almost 1 month for the cable and the consultant is not responding . Shocking that telkom has no headoffice or complaints department and their shops only dealing with sales and no queries. Unhappy with the service of Tracy-lee !!
