Bad service

my mobile contract ended in kind, so I asked telkom to not renew my contract and to stop my mobile contract. they decided to go ahead without my consent and charge me R99 every month. I complained many times, called the call centre, went in to telkom stores, filled in cancellation forms. got assured each time that they would stop the charges. 6 months later and I am still being "******" of my money. I have 3 separate products with telkom, I want to cancel all of them. sick and tired of being promised that things will be sorted and it does not. very very bad service.
