Bad service

Telkom's service just keeps getting worse. In the past month i have only had my landline and internet working for approximately 7 days! after the first two weeks it was repaired (and two weeks was plenty long already), only to have it go down again two days later!! And its still not working! This is appalling! No wonder people are all getting so excited over MTN's new special of 50 gigs for only R300 per month. How are we supposed to do any work like this. Some people rely on internet for business you know! You'd think telkom would improve their services with all these new deals of wireless internet coming out! Bad Bad service!
