Bad service

I purchase a yelkom mobie.device nd on the purchase of the device they said that I will receive 1gb anytime and 1gb night owl for 3 months on ********** 390. They told me it will be activated with in 24 hours.On the 30 October it was still not load.I then phone the call centre and they said that they will log a service request which will take 72 hours to be complete.It has been 2 weeks and still nothing has happend nor has no contacted me.Every time I have to contact the call centre and they just keep on telling me that they will send it to there supervisor which will then contact me back.And still no one contacted me.Every time I go to the telkom mobile store they just tell me to call the call centre.This very poor and bad service from telkom mobile.I will not recommend telkom mobile to any one,because this is unexceptable and bad service.
