Bad service

Good Day I currently have a contract at Telkom. I went to Telkom Mitchell's Plain a few months ago because I was interested in a deal that they advertised. They said I must just bring my identity book because I already have a contract with them. I app**** for the data deal, then they said I am going to receive a SMS in a few days then I can come back to the store. I never received any response from them. When I followed up they told me there was nothing on the system for me . I asked how can that be but they did not have a answers. I could not apply again because the promotion was finish. On Monday I went to Telkom Mitchell's plain again because I was interested in the Big deal contract. This time they told me I need to bring the necessary documents even tho I have a current contract. I went back on Tuesday the 7th of November with all the necessary documents. A lady helped me and said everything was fine I will get a SMS by Thursday. Until today I have once again not received any response from Telkom or are they waiting for me to contact them to get a response. Telkom Mitchell's Plain Promenade have the worse service ever.
