BAD SERVICE

On the 27th of August my mom reported her home phone out of order ref number 47CRK270815 and they said they will send a Technician out to see what the problem was with the phone on the 31st of August no one come out.When i called them this morning the case was closed as they told me its fixed,the phone is not fixed and they had to reopen the case REF number 209CKR010915 so now that means another week that my mom does'nt have a phone.<br> <br> The service from Telkom is there is no words to say how bad they are.<br> Whats happens if you don't pay your account Telkom turns you off in seconds.<br> <br>
