Bad service
on the 16 august phone reported not working 4 day later given to technician 2 day later passed on to 2 more technicians 2 days later phone working. Now 5 days later phone not working again reported wonder how long it will be out this time. was give 2 numbers to report any more problem to and today both numbers are constantly engaged.

My contact number is ***. Yesterday 7/9 I received an sms saying a technician will contact me. I called this morning 8/9 and was told they will call before they come. up until now at 5.32 my phone is still off and no one has contacted me. I have now spent a week at home waiting for Telkom. its no use saying that I will receive a credit for my rental when I am inconvenienced by having no phone.
