BAD SERVICE

I stood in a queue for 1 hour at the Telkom. Then only did one of the consultants come to the queue to ask how he can assist us. But to our surprise he took all the white people behind us to the front to be assisted. By the time I got to the front all the white people (who came after me) were assisted and left the shop.

The service is just too slow and unacceptable that white people are still given preferential treatment as if black people are not worthy of good fast service.

The consultant who eventually assisted me, Fortunate Maponya was so graceful and efficient, thank you.

However the overall experience was horrible...and hour and a half wasted!
