Bad Service

In July 2017, I was migrating my telkom line over to afrihost and when a telkom representative from the cancellation Dept called to confirm cancellation and move my line to holding pool, he then offered me a deal to deal to stay and further offered me a free mifi router. Till today I have not received my mifi router, I have called and emailed a dozen times even asked agents to track phone call to that agent, but nothing has happened and they cannot see any order for a mifi router. So basically telkom fooled me to keep the business. Highly disappointed.
