bad service

I took a contract phone and the tablet with Telkom Mobile but their billing and the simcard that i have its a problem i even went to Maponya Mall and South gate Mall thinking that they will be able to assist me but it never worked. I phoned several times but it seems as if i dont have luck i sometimes wish i didnt upgrade with them i should have opted for another service provider, can someone please assist me.
