Bad service

I have been waiting for over 20 days for a cancellation request, I have received poor service for the last year, I submitted a cancellation request, awaiting the amount i -need to pay to cancel, but no email or call, they state you will be called back within 7-14 days, still waiting, I need to get the cancellation request as I no longer need your poor service.
