Bad service

I am utterly disappointed with the service. It's a year since my phone was ****** and the SIM card isn't being used. But they are still billing me after I requested them to cancel the contract as it ended in January,but they don't want too. I will never recommend Telkom to anyone, they are a bunch of *****s. The arrears keep going up and up. 😞😞
