BAD SERVICE

Being with telkom for so many years and still get a nonsensical service has to be one of the most disappointing experiences for me, my number is suspended with a full payment being made on top of an additional debit, no explanation that makes sense i am still being told to make an additional payment to resume my numbers. As if this was not enough when i call i get through RUDE consultant her name is mokgadi, this girl had a nerve to tell me she is going to keep quite and i will speak alone on top of speaking over me every time every time. I have never called telkom and got the customer hone a happy customer and this is very disappointing my account with these people is over 3K and yet this service? I am going to go on all social platforms with this complaint i am tired

When you want to speak to a team Leader there is no joy, those people are there for the money don’t even bother taking calls or call you back. I don’t even have words for this company anymore
