bad service

i have a problem with BuZ telephone , i phoned them and was told how they do a analyst on the line when i am not in front of the phone , so i said they must give 10 minute and phone me on the line , i was told they do not return calls , i asked the question how do i phone , i was told my cell phone , i am not going to use my time to fix Telkom problem , all i can say is that telkom is useless and that they have no service at all , but the people must pay and you dont get service
