Bad service

I have purchased iPhone 13 on the 6th of April at Telkom online and was promised to be delivered in 7 days. Ever since I have purchased, I am told stories after story. They have made debit order mandate which was approved 3 times but they have never even given me tracking number. Today the agent told me that she cannot see my order on the system but only a debit mandate. Telkom is providing bad service. They are quick to take orders but delay to deliver
