Bad service

In August Telkom phone and gave an option on fiber and price was the same as the wifi contract we had. And the fiber contract was accepted . Then this month they took money for the old contract and for fiber. Then when we query it they said the mobile was never cancelled. How can you switch from once package to another and not cancel the other one.
