Bad service

I am extremely dissapointed with their services. I pay my contracts through debit orders and last month I was told that I did not make any payments as the money has been reversed back into my account, which was not the case. I went to telkom and even showed my bank statement that no money has been reversed. They said there is a problem with the system and I had to pay double the amount with the promise that I will receive my refund within 22 days. I called again and they are telling me stories. I pay roughly R2500 a month a had to pay double for faults in their system still no refund. To make matters worse it has the worst network connection.
