Bad service

Our infrastructure is Vumatel and ISP Telkom. For more than a week my internet is super slow. I have reported this about 5 times and then its resolved You don't want to sent someone out to my house to see what the problem is. I am definitely going to another ISP after my 12 month contract. I am now done !!
